How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking.
What are your delivery options?
Your order can be shipped via USPS or for local businesses in a 10 mile radius, orders can be delivered by appointment at no charge..
How do I return an item?
If an embroidered item has a manufacturer defect, please call for return information - 267-665-0101.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on embroidered items unless the garment has manufacturer defects.
